“Pilates was something that I thought was mostly for women. I had not heard about too many men getting involved. How my opinion has changed! Since meeting Alana and getting involved in our Wednesday night Men’s class, it has taught me some very important lessons. Stretching and Strenghthening my core has helped me greatly.
I was involved in a car accident that resulted in lower back and leg pain. Alana suggested getting involved with Chiro Pilates. She introduced me to Dr.Tara Schell and the combination on Pilates and Chiropractic sessions have really made a difference. The pain is gone and range and mobility greatly increased.
