Life is an adventure, and is meant to be lived to the fullest each and every day! For me, that means having a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Without this healthy balance we can feel as though we are stuck, or in pain. However, our bodies were designed to feel good so that we can enjoy life and play!
Pilates and Yoga are my tools to maintaining a healthy, and adventurous life! Keeping my mind, body, and spirit in harmony is about moving my body constantly and in a way that feels good. With a regular practice of Pilates and Yoga I have gained full-body flexibility, core strength, and mental clarity. So Good!
My classes are about creating the same balance and fluidity for my students so that they may enjoy life to the fullest too! You can expect to learn about Alignment, Awareness, and Amusement as they are all key components to my classes. (What’s the point if you’re not having fun?!)
